E. A. Sims

He was made all star three years in a row and also received an outstanding player award.

He later played football for the New Mexico State University Aggies in Las Cruces, New Mexico, where in December 1960 he helped defeat Utah State to win the Sun Bowl.

[4] During his college career playing for the Aggies, he received another outstanding player award.

In March 1961 Sims was selected by the Baltimore Colts during the 15th round of the NFL draft.

[6] After sustaining a knee injury, Sims refused to report and in March 1962 he was signed by the Edmonton Eskimos,[7] where he was to play for 7 seasons.
