ERAmerica was a coalition of organizations fighting for the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment in the 1970s.

[2] The headquarters were based in Washington, D.C.[3] The purpose of the organization as to seek ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA).

Liz Carpenter was a Democrat and Elly Peterson was a long time member of the Republican Party.
