The Eardley-Wilmot Baronetcy, of Berkswell Hall in the County of Warwick, is a title in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom.
It was created on 23 August 1821 for the politician and colonial administrator John Eardley-Wilmot.
The second baronet was a judge and also sat as Conservative Member of Parliament for Warwickshire South.
Another member of the family to gain distinction was Frederick Marow Eardley-Wilmot, second son of the first baronet.
The heir apparent is the present holder's son Arlo Timothy Eardley-Wilmot (born 2012).
