Ebenezer Moses Debrah

Debrah was born on 9 July 1928 at Koforidua in the Eastern Region of Ghana (then Gold Coast).

After his studies at the London School of Economics, he served as an Assistant to the Secretary of the Ministry of Defence and External Affairs.

In 1990, the Namibian Foreign Affairs Ministry was established with significant contributions from Debrah, following the country's independence.

He provided Diplomacy training to the first, second and third groups of Namibian Heads of Mission and foreign officials.
