Écaussinnes (French pronunciation: [ekosin]; Picard: Les Scassenes; Walloon: Les Scåssenes) is a municipality of Wallonia located in the province of Hainaut, Belgium.

The total area is 34.77 km2 which gives a population density of 320 inhabitants per km2.

The municipality consists of the following districts: Écaussinnes-d'Enghien, Écaussinnes-Lalaing, and Marche-lez-Écaussinnes.

To be expanded Nearly 100 local citizens were saved from being killed by the German army by the intercession of Qian Xiuling.
