Echizen-Yakushi Station

Echizen-Yakushi Station (越前薬師駅, Echizen-Yakushi-eki) is a JR West railway station in the city of Fukui, Fukui, Japan.

Echizen-Yakushi Station is served by the Hokuriku Main Line, and is located 19.5 kilometers from the terminus of the line at Echizen-Hanandō and 12.1 kilometers from Fukui.

The station consists of one ground-level side platform serving single bi-directional track.

With the privatization of Japanese National Railways (JNR) on 1 April 1987, the station came under the control of JR West.
