Edmund William Samuel (November 27, 1857 – March 7, 1930) was a Republican member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Pennsylvania.
He immigrated to the United States with his parents, who settled in Ashland, Pennsylvania, in 1859.
He learned the drug business and began the study of medicine.
He graduated from the Jefferson Medical College at Philadelphia in 1880 and commenced practice in Mount Carmel, Pennsylvania.
