Edward Goulburn (1787 – 24 August 1868) was a British politician.
Goulburn became a serjeant-at-law, a judge in Wales, and Recorder of Leicester.
At the 1835 UK general election, he stood in Leicester for the Conservative Party, winning a seat.
He was defeated at the 1837 UK general election.
In 1842, he become a commissioner of the Court of Bankruptcy, serving until his death in 1868.
