Edward Hale Campbell

Edward Hale Campbell (October 4, 1872 – December 11, 1946) was a vice admiral in the United States Navy.

[1][2] Campbell graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1893 and would later be assigned to the USS Baltimore (C-3).

[1] He served in this position until 1909, when he left to assist in the fitting-out of the USS North Dakota (BB-29).

[citation needed] Following this assignment, he would take command of the Naval Training Station, Newport.

[citation needed] He returned to his former position of Judge Advocate General for the years 1925–1929.
