Edward De Leon Guerrero Pangelinan (October 24, 1941 – February 4, 2023) was a politician from the Northern Mariana Islands.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law becoming the first Chamorro male lawyer in the Northern Mariana Islands.

[1][2] One of his children, James, attended West Point and is a Colonel in the United States Army.

James Pangelinan is the highest-ranking member of the United States Army from the Northern Mariana Islands.

[6] In 1985, President Ronald Reagan reappointed Pangelinan to the Northern Mariana Islands Commission on Federal Laws.
