Edward Scull (February 5, 1818 – July 10, 1900) was an American politician from Pennsylvania who served as a Republican member of the U.S. House of Representatives for Pennsylvania's 17th congressional district from 1887 to 1889 and 20th congressional district from 1889 to 1893.

He was appointed collector of internal revenue for the Sixteenth district of Pennsylvania by President Abraham Lincoln in 1863.

He was appointed assessor of internal revenue by President Ulysses S. Grant in April 1869, and again appointed collector, on March 22, 1873, and served until August 1883, when the district was consolidated with another.

[2] Scull was elected as a Republican to the Fiftieth, Fifty-first, and Fifty-second Congresses.
