Edwin Earle Honey

Edwin Earle Honey (May 2, 1891 – October 31, 1956)[1][2] was an American plant pathologist and mycologist.

[1] Depending on where he was employed, Honey also lived for times in Shorewood, Wisconsin,[1] Philadelphia,[1] and New York state.

degree in plant pathology from Cornell University in 1916,[6] and was a member of the Sigma Xi (ΣΞ),[6] an international honor society for scholars in fields of science or engineering.

Starting in 1948, and until his death in 1956, Honey was a plant pathologist in the Extension Division of Pennsylvania State University.
