Eggerss–O'Flyng Building

The Eggerss–O'Flyng Building is located at 801 South 15th Street in downtown Omaha, Nebraska, United States.

The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991, and named an Omaha Landmark on March 17, 1992.

The building was designed in the Renaissance Revival style by John Latenser, Sr.

[4] After constructing the building, Eggerss merged with Ivyl O'Flyng in 1903, who became the company's treasurer.

In 1993 the building was renovated at a cost of $3.3 million and turned into loft style apartments.
