Ehud Rassabi (Hebrew: אהוד רצאבי; born 30 July 1953) is an Israeli former politician who served as a member of the Knesset for Shinui between 2003 and 2006.

Born in Tel Aviv, Rassabi gained Accountant Certification from Tel Aviv University, and worked in accountancy.

He joined Shinui in 1985, and for the 1999 elections was placed eighth on the Shinui list,[1] but missed out on a seat when they won only six mandates.

During his first term, he chaired the Chairman, Subcommittee for Taxes and Hi-Tech.

Following a split in the party in January 2006, Rassabi and Ilan Leibovitch were left as the only two sitting MKs in Shinui.
