Elías Víctor Hartard Ojeda (born 18 May 1987) is a Spanish-born Chilean footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Deportes La Serena.
A product of the Universidad Católica youth system, he tried to signed with Spanish side Rayo Vallecano after leaving them.
