Eli Arnstad (born 4 May 1962) is a Norwegian civil servant, sports official and politician for the Centre Party.
She is educated business administrator from the Nord-Trøndelag University College, having graduated as cand.mag.
She served as a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway from Nord-Trøndelag during the terms 1985–1989 and 1989–1993.
[1] Having stepped down from a political career, she has held a number of positions as a civil servant.
She was the director of Stiklestad Centre of Culture from 1999 to 2000 and chief executive officer of Enova from 2001 to 2007.
