Elif Bayram (born 18 September 2001) is a Turkish female basketball player.

Bayram started her basketball career in the farm team of Beşiktaş JK.

[2] In September 2023, she was honored in the women's category of the "Turkish Young Basketball Stars".

[3] She was part of the Turkey girls' national U-16 team at the 2017 FIBA U16 Women's European Championship.

She was part of the national U-16 team at the 2017 European Youth Summer Olympic Festival in Győr, Hungary that won the bronze medal.
