Eliud Williams

Eliud Thaddeus Williams (born 21 August 1948)[1] is a Dominican politician who served as seventh President of Dominica from 2012 to 2013.

He obtained a master's degree in Business Administration at the University of the West Indies in 1995.

In the civil service, he was chairman of the government's Rural Enterprise project from 1996 to 2000.

In 2004, he became Director General of the Eastern Caribbean Telecommunications Authority, a position which he held until 2008.

[3] Eliud has a brother Signorette Joseph Williams, who migrated to St. Croix USVI in the late 1960s before moving to the United States in 1980.
