She plays for MyNavi Sendai Ladies and Japan national team.

After graduating from high school, she joined INAC Kobe Leonessa in 2009.

Nakajima was included in Norio Sasaki's Japan U20 national team for the 2010 U20 World Cup in Germany.

[2] Nakajima received her first cap for the senior team against United States on May 14, 2011.

[3] She scored her first goal on July 20 in a 2–0 win against China in the first East Asian Cup final round match.
