Jonkheer Emile (Emiel) van Lennep (15 January 1915 – 2 October 1996) was a Dutch official (treasurer general), diplomat and Minister of State.
[2] From 1951 to 1969 he was treasurer general, which is the highest official rank of the Dutch Ministry of Finance.
[2] Van Lennep was instrumental in making the OECD a more effective forum for international cooperation.
[2] In 1987 he was appointed one of the members of a distinguished external panel to conduct a review of the Asian Development Bank.
The results of the review were issued in 1989 as the Report of a Panel on the Role of the Asian Development Bank in the 1990s.
