Emilis Vėlyvis (born 30 May 1979) is a famous[1] Lithuanian film director, screenwriter, and artist.

[1] Emilis Velyvis won the admission to Vilnius Academy of Arts in 1996 where the fierce competition numbered three candidates for each vacancy.
