Emma Blain is an Irish Fine Gael politician who has served as Lord Mayor of Dublin since December 2024.

[1] She has been a member of Dublin City Council for the Pembroke local electoral area since 2024.

She succeeded James Geoghegan as Lord Mayor of Dublin after his election to Dáil Eireann.

She was co-opted onto Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown County Council when Neale Richmond was elected to Seanad Éireann in April 2016.

Blain ran unsuccessfully as a candidate for the Dublin Bay South constituency at the 2024 general election.
