Emmanuel Opam-Brown Akolbire (born November 15, 1960) is a Ghanaian politician and former member of the Sixth Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana who represented the Bolgatanga Central Constituency in the Upper East Region on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress.
He is a graduate of Vrije Universiteit Brussel and obtained his master's degree in Management Information System in 1998.
He was an ICT Director of the Central Administration of the University of Development Studies in Tamale.
He was elected as member of the 5th Parliament of the 4th republic of Ghana to represent Bolgatanga Central Constituency in December 2008 and he assumed office in January 2009.
