Encarnación Redondo Jiménez (born 18 April 1944)[1] was a member of the European Parliament for the fourth (1994 – 1999) and fifth (1999 – 2004) parliamentary terms.
[1] During her first term between 1994 and 1999, she served as a member of committees on Agriculture and Rural Development; inquiry into BSE (bovine spongiform encephalopathy); Budgetary Control.
She was a substitute on committees for Women's Rights; Environment, Public Health and Consumer Protection.
She was still a member of the committee on Agriculture and Rural Development and a substitute for Environment, Public Health and Consumer Policy; Budgets.
