Eric Armar Vully de Candole CMG CBE (14 September 1901 – 7 July 1989) was a British civil servant.
Vully de Candole was born in Phillak Hayle, Redruth on 14 September 1901, the elder son, the middle child of Rev.
Armar Corry Vully de Candole and Edith Hodgson.
[1] He was educated at Colet Court, Aldenham School and Worcester College, Oxford.
[2] On 3 August 1923 he sailed from Liverpool on the HMS Leicestershire to Port Said to take up his diplomatic post in the Sudan.
