Erika Henriete Stich (born 15 December 1967) is an Italian badminton player originally from Romania.

[2] She also won the international title at the 1992 Romanian International tournament in the mixed doubles event partnered with Emerik Balazs, becoming the only Romanian women's player to win the competition.

[3] Stich married Csaba Hamza, a badminton technical director, and lives in Bolzano.

Her child, Yasmine Hamza, also plays badminton for SSV Bozen.
