Ernest Bertrand Boland

Ernest Bertrand Boland OP (July 10, 1925 – May 28, 2023) was an American Roman Catholic bishop.

Boland went to Providence College and joined the Dominican order in 1949.

He was appointed bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Multan, Pakistan and was consecrated on May 17, 1966.

[1][2] Boland died in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on May 28, 2023, at the age of 97.
