Ernest Arthur Randell (25 January 1873 – 12 May 1938) was an Australian cricketer who played three first-class matches for Western Australia in the 1890s.
[1] After his mother's death in August 1874, his father remarried to Lucy James Francisco, who had been widowed the previous year.
Randell thus became the step-brother of Walter James (ten years his elder), who would later become Premier of Western Australia.
[8] Randell worked for periods in Western Australia's Education and Treasury Departments, and later in the private sector.
He died at the Mount Hospital in Perth in May 1938, and was buried in the Congregational section of Karrakatta Cemetery.
