Etienne Kallos (born 1972) is a South African filmmaker best known for directing the 2018 film The Harvesters.
[1] Kallos was born in South Africa to parents from Greek immigrant families that had settled in Southern Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) and the Belgian Congo (the Democratic Republic of the Congo).
[2] After studying theater in South Africa, Kallos attended the graduate film program at New York University.
The short debuted at North America at Sundance Film Festival the following year.
