Eukoenenia mirabilis is a species of palpigrades, also known as microwhip scorpions, in the Eukoeneniidae family.
It was described in 1885 by Italian arachnologists Giovanni Battista Grassi and Salvatore Calandruccio.

The type locality is Catania, Sicily.
