[3] Lilly has competed in four Canadian University Curling Championships.

[5][6] On the World Curling Tour, Lilly has won the 2016 KW Fall Classic and the 2017 Brantford Nissan Classic as the third for Richard Krell,[7][8] and the 2018 Huron ReproGraphics Oil Heritage Classic and the 2018 Stroud Sleeman Cash Spiel as the lead for John Willsey.

[9][10] Lily has also competed in three Ontario Provincial Championships.
