In 2004, FBS sold its two respective stations DWKT (Dagupan) and DYLL (Cebu) to Ultrasonic Broadcasting System.

In return, UBSI sold its AM station DWSS to FBS, which uses the franchise of Supreme Broadcasting System to comply with ownership restrictions.
