FC Krystal Chortkiv is a Ukrainian football team.

The team is located in Chortkiv, Ukraine.

It participates in the regional championships in Ternopil Oblast.

In 2016 it merged with a student team FC Ternopil-Peduniversytet into FC Chortkiv-Peduniversytet.
