FK Jastrebac Niš (Serbian Cyrillic: ФК Јастребац Ниш) is a defunct football club based in Niš, Serbia.

Simultaneously with the final breakup of Yugoslavia, the club placed first in the Yugoslav Inter-Republic League (Group East), earning promotion to the second tier.
