Other representations of the Falun (dharma wheel, or Dharmachakra in Sanskrit) are utilized in other Buddhist traditions.
To "turn the wheel of dharma" (Zhuan Falun) means to preach the Buddhist doctrine, and is the title of Falun Gong's main text.
