Fangzheng County (simplified Chinese: 方正县; traditional Chinese: 方正縣; pinyin: Fāngzhèng Xiàn) is a county of Heilongjiang Province, Northeast China, it is under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Harbin, the capital of Heilongjiang.
