Gen. Felix Aliac Brawner Jr. (July 4, 1934 – November 16, 2022) was the commander of the First Scout Ranger Regiment of the Philippine Army during the final years of the Marcos dictatorship.
Brawner graduate from the Philippine Military Academy in 1957 at the top of his class.
[1][5] He was the brother of former Court of Appeals Presiding Justice and former COMELEC Chairman, the late Romeo A.
[6] His nephew is Gen. Romeo S Brawner Jr (INF) GSC PA, current 60th Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
