Fidelis Oditah KC, SAN (born 1964) is a Nigerian barrister and an authority on insolvency law.
At the age of twenty he graduated from the University of Lagos with a first-class degree in law and twelve of the thirteen available prizes (1984).
In the next year he was awarded a Commonwealth Scholarship enabling him to study at the University of Oxford (Magdalen College, 1986–1989), where he obtained the degree of Bachelor of Civil Law (1987) and of Doctor of Philosophy (1989), completing his DPhil thesis in only two years.
He also served as a consultant to the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) from 1995 to 1999.
Oditah was a candidate for the office of Governor of Delta State in Nigeria'in 2007.
