Finley is a census-designated place (CDP) in Benton County, Washington, United States.
A post office called Finley was established in 1906, and remained in operation until 1935.
[3] The community was named after George E. Finley, a pioneer settler.
As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 5,770 people, 1,987 households, and 1,585 families residing in the CDP.
14.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 4.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
