Florian Janik

Florian Josef Janik (born 6 March 1980) is a German politician and mayor of Erlangen since 1 May 2014.

In the final ballot on 20 March 2014 he won against the previous mayor Siegfried Balleis (CSU).

[4] In the local elections on March 15, 2020, he competed against seven competitors and won 39.2% of the votes in the first round.

In the runoff election on March 29, 2020, he won 54.5% of the vote against Jörg Volleth (CSU).
