State Road 345 (SR 345) is a north–south route in the Big Bend area of Florida, running from U.S. Route 27 Alternate (US 27 Alt.)

about 1 mile (1.6 km) east of the north end of SR 345 and runs north to the curve on SR 49.

A third section goes east from a point about 1⁄2 mile (0.80 km) north on SR 49 to CR 339.

The entire route is in Levy County.
