Flowing Springs is a census-designated place in Gila County in the U.S. state of Arizona.

Flowing Springs is located approximately eight miles north of the town of Payson.

The community has an area of 1.709 square miles (4.43 km2); 1.707 square miles (4.42 km2) of its area is land, and 0.002 square miles (0.0052 km2) is water.
