Fontenoy, Antoing

Fontenoy (French pronunciation: [fɔ̃tnwa] ⓘ) is a village in the Belgian municipality of Antoing, Hainaut Province.

It was part of the barony oof Antoing, which depended on Leuze.

It opened the way for the temporary occupation of the Austrian Netherlands by France.

These had been buried in three layers on top of each other, and showed bullet holes.
