Ford 5000

The North American version was slightly different and was named the Ford Major.

As time went on, there were more Ford 5000s being sold and could be compared to the New Holland TM series which was in production from 1997 to 2004.

This new version was called the Doe 130, as it was rated at 130 hp (97 kW) from the 2 F5000 units.

Some modifications were done to the engine and other components which resulted in more power for the Ford 5000, rated at 75 hp (56 kW).

In 1971 a few minor changes were done to the engine and a factory fitted safety cab could be ordered from that moment on.
