Fouilloy (French pronunciation: [fujwa]; Picard: Fouilloé ) is a commune in the Somme department in Hauts-de-France in northern France.

Fouilloy is situated on the banks of the river Somme, at the junction of the D1 and D23 roads, some 10 miles (16 km) east of Amiens.
