François-Xavier Larue (1763 – July 13, 1855) was a farmer, notary and political figure in Lower Canada.
He was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Lower Canada for Hampshire in 1810; he did not run again in 1814.
Larue served as a major in the local militia during the War of 1812.
He represented that riding until the constitution was suspended following the Lower Canada Rebellion.
