Francesca Vidotto

Francesca Vidotto (born November 22, 1980) is an Italian theoretical physicist.

[1] She was awarded a Rubicon (2012) and a Veni (2014) fellowship by the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research.

She has been also a core member and associate director of Western's Rotman Institute of Philosophy.

[4] Vidotto won the first prize (shared with Amanda Gefter) in the 2023 FQXi contest "How could science be different?"

She is an advocate for equity, inclusion and diversity in the physics field.
