Francis "The Pocket Battleship" Ampofo (born 5 June 1967) is a Ghanaian-born British former professional boxer who competed from 1990 to 2002.
His family emigrated to the UK when he was a young child, settling in Bethnal Green; his first training in boxing was at the Lion Club in nearby Hoxton.
As of 2022, Ampofo owned and operated a chicken farm in the English countryside that produced 2500 eggs per day.
