Francis Kjeldsberg, OBE, MVO (10 February 1869 – 24 May 1948) was a Norwegian businessperson and politician for the Conservative Party.
He was born in Trondhjem as a son of consul Rasmus Flor Kjeldsberg (1828–1897) and Harriet Southern (1834–1924).
[1] Their daughter Harriet married chief physician Odd Kjeldsberg Stub.
He was elected as a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway from the Market towns of Sør-Trøndelag and Nord-Trøndelag counties in 1924, and served through one term.
[1][4] During the occupation of Norway by Nazi Germany he was arrested in October 1940 and imprisoned in isolation in Vollan concentration camp.
