Frank C. Wise (February 1864 – April 11, 1956) was an American politician from Ohio.

He served as treasurer of Plain Township for three terms and was a member of the school board in New Berlin (later North Canton) for four years.

He served as a delegate of Stark County at the fourth constitutional convention in 1912.

[5][6][7][8] In 1936, Wise ran for the Republican nomination for Ohio House of Representatives, but lost.

[9] Wise was president of the North Canton Bank and was an officer of the Ohio State Grange.
